CPA is one of the leaders in the Sharon region in providing accounting, auditing, taxation, valuation and economic consulting services. The firm has two partners and seven employees who specialize in providing services in the fields of auditing, local and international taxation, financial consulting and accompaniment, including assistance in obtaining incentives, recovery plans, accounting, lending and government support. Nevat Simon

Nevet Simon CPA was certified by the Board of Certified Public Accountants in 1991. Nevat has extensive experience in accompanying companies vis-à-vis the tax authorities, providing economic consulting, financing and bookkeeping in all its areas: salary calculations, preparation of pricing reports, budget and position papers for management – in private companies, non-profit organizations and government institutions and companies. In addition, Nevet has 30 years of experience as an independent accountant and has accumulated knowledge in many subjects: investigative and internal auditing for various entities, external and accompanying accounting, tax consulting, accounting consulting and more. In addition to his work as an independent accountant, Nevet served as an external director in a number of companies in Israel and abroad.

Arad Simon

Arad Simon CPA is certified by the Israel Board of Certified Public Accountants since 2019 and holds a BA in Economics and Accounting and an MA in Financial Economics. As part of his professional duties at the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel, he is: Honorary Treasurer, Member of the Central Committee, Chairman of the Youth Committee and Chairman of the Placement Center. In his specialization, he interned in the economic departments of two Big 4 firms, where he gained extensive consulting knowledge and experience in performing valuations, accompanying transaction processes, pricing and outsourcing accounting. In addition, he taught for 5 years at the Tiomkin School of Economics at the Interdisciplinary Center. Arad is known for his ability to tailor a tailored solution to the customer according to his financial, economic and accounting needs in order to grow value and improve operations.

Ofek Simon

Accountant (Adv.) Ofek Simon is an attorney certified by the Israel Bar Association since 2020 and certified as an accountant in 2023 by the Board of Certified Public Accountants in Israel. Ofek studied a double bachelor's degree in law and business administration with a specialization in accounting at Reichman University. Ofek interned and worked at Yaron-Eldar, Feller, Schwartz & Co. Law Offices, where he gained extensive knowledge and experience in tax law, trusts, real estate and various areas of law. Subsequently, Ofek worked at PwC accounting firm (Kesselman & Kesselman) in the Tax Department and the Economic Department, thus accumulating extensive knowledge in the fields of tax and consulting. As part of his work in the Tax Department, Ofek provided tax due diligence services, legal opinions, handled corporate tax issues, advised on structural changes and advised companies on complex tax issues. As part of his work in the Economic Department, Ofek provided valuation services to companies, economic opinions, purchase cost allocation (PPA), accompanying transaction processes, pricing and business consulting.
